GROUP WELLNESS SERVICES

I provide Sound Baths & Training in  Modern Energy Tapping to company employees, groups of students (of all ages) and teachers, patients in hospitals & nursing homes. This group work is suitable for any group thats wants to bring about positive changes like increased wellbeing, harmony, increased abundance & set clear intentions & goals.

Sound Baths use the sounds generated by playing Tibetan & Crystals bowls, Chimes, Rattles, Drums & all non European instruments to immerse the body/mind in high sound vibrations that induce complete relaxation  and a gentle healing response. Modern Energy Tapping is about learning how to self regulate your emotions/feelings and cope with day to day stresses by managing and eliminating them through stimulating set acupuncture points. 

I am fully insured and provide in-house services in both areas at a group-rate. For the Sound Baths I provided all the equipment including gym-mats. For Sound Baths and Tapping the hourly Rate is 20euros per person for a minimum of 5 people. For bigger groups a group rate applies. 

I also offer a range of specialised services tailored to meet your individual needs, including wellness mornings and afternoons that can include 1hr or 90 mins sound baths to introduce peace and relaxation to your group & a 90 minute workshop & group training  in Modern Energy Tapping, incl. a presentation & hands on energy tapping ,to regulate your nervous system and set intentions to manifest endless potentials.

I also provide 30 min. in-house individual  treatments for employees in Reiki, Sound Therapy Healing, Angel Card Reading & tapping sessions.
