I offer the individual healing services from my home in Limerick in 4 areas, Reiki, Sound Therapy/Sound Baths, Modern Energy Tapping & Angel Healing Card Reading. 

My group services include in-house Sound Baths & Modern Energy Tapping workshops - see page 4. 

REIKI

Using this energy healing method, I treat the whole person including the body, emotions, mind & spirit. Reiki helps balance the energy in the body, improve sleep & mood, help with pain, injury, grief, anxiety & depression.

 

Distant Reiki healing  & mobile hands-on healing services available. 

 

1 hr. Reiki Session - €75.

SOUND THERAPY

Sound therapy treatments induce calm, reduce  stress & lead to an immediate relaxation response which not only helps with recovery but enhances performance, mood & sleep. Sound therapy boosts the natural healing response, reduces inflammation & is effective with treating aches, pains, sprains & injuries.

 

1 hr. Sound Therapy Session - €75.

SOUND BATHS

I run individual & group sound therapy sessions called sound baths. They promote a deep level of relaxation by immersing the client/s in the vibrations & sounds of played Tibetan & quartz crystal bowls & other instruments. Sound baths help boost your body’s healing response, have a positive impact on your physical health  & enhancing your mood & sleep.

 

1 hr. Individual Sound Baths - €75.

 

1 hr Group Sound Bath (min. 5 people)  €20 each.

For larger groups, a group rate applies. 

M.E. TAPPING

I teach MET Modern Energy Tapping as a stress reduction tool for self-regulating your feelings & emotions. By tapping on certain acupuncture points on the face & hands you can increase your energy flow, creating positive emotions that focus only on solutions. Person to person and online sessions available. 

All group workshops and sessions are provided in-house & in person.

 

1 hr. Individual Session – €75 each

1 hr. Group Workshop (min. 5 people) – €20 each. For larger groups a group rate applies. 

HEALING ANGEL CARD READING

Healing Angel Card reading is not fortune telling. It is a way for you to  receive inspiration & insight from the angels & your guides, in all aspects of your life, by providing guidance & reassurance through the use of Angel Cards.

The readings blend beautifully with my other healing areas of Reiki, Sound & Tapping by strengthening & supporting the clients to set a clear intention and goal.

 

30 minute reading  - €40

CORPORATE WELLNESS & GROUP SERVICES

 

Group-work & workshops (incl. Sound Baths & Training in  Modern Energy Tapping) are an in-house service that I provide at a group-rate to companies, schools with students of all ages, hospitals, nursing homes.... any group thats wants to bring about positive changes and relaxation.

 I also provide 30 min. in-house individual  treatments for employees in Reiki, Sound Therapy Healing, Angel Card Reading & Tapping Sessions.
